first_imgWater main break in North Park causes flooding KUSI Newsroom SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – North Park residents were dealing with flooding after a water main break today, and as public utility crews worked to repair it, about 70 homes were without water.The broken pipe was reported in the area of Myrtle and Arnold avenues at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
